636-586-2300"We want to give a huge shoutout to B. F. Mahn & Sons! On Monday, June 3rd in the morning, our heat pump system started freezing up. Keep in mind, the outdoor unit was 14 years old and the indoor air handler was 36 years old. We urgently needed a whole new heat pump system, and amazingly, they fully installed it by Thursday of the same week. The incredible part was that we were leaving for Cancun on Thursday morning.
We want to acknowledge the entire team who took care of us with the utmost professionalism: Joey, Bryan, Pat, Courtney, and our installers Nick and Zac. Additionally, Sam deserves special recognition for installing our new hot water heater just a week later.
